The project’s scope of work consists of an 6-storey hotel apartment located at Culture Village, Dubai. The project includes construction of 150 double rooms with 22.5 square meter in size and 65 hotel apartments. The project also include 250 square meter conference center, conventional restaurant, a Bistro Lounge, and a coffee bar etc.
